State of the Art Facility with Certified Technicians

The Willamette Auto Service Department is a state of the art facility designed to serve you, our customer. We are equipped with the latest diagnostic and repair equipment to service or repair your vehicle right the first time.

Our Technicians are trained to 100% of GM's standards and most of them are GM Master Certified.

We endorse an "open door" policy, which helped us achieve the highest ranking in customer satisfaction within our region, where you can enter the shop and actually talk to the person working on your vehicle. We also have a 24 hour Ask-a-Tech Helpline at 1-866-4WE WILL (1-866-493-9455). You may call for emergency advice any time and for technical advice between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.


How do I make an appointment?

The service facility is open from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM Monday though Friday. Service and repair work is available on both an appointment and non-appointment basis to maximize customer convenience. Appointments can be made on our website by clicking here, over the phone at
1 (800) 344-9705 , or in person. If you choose to call your appointment in, just ask for the service department and one of our professional service advisors will set up a time that is convenient for you.

Where do I go when I get there?


At the time of your service visit just drive up to the big red service doors which will open automatically, you can then drive into our covered service area, there you will be greeted by one of our service advisors. During your visit we will check you vehicle identification number against GM factory service record to make sure all outstanding recalls are taken care of on your vehicle. Any recommended repairs will be discussed with you prior to work being performed; you will also be kept informed via phone or e-mail during you vehicle's visit.

What are my options after I check in my vehicle?

We offer courtesy shuttle transport to the greater Salem/Keizer area. This service is provided to and from Willamette Auto so you can continue you day while we service your vehicle. If you prefer to wait for your vehicle we have three separate waiting areas, including one that is kid friendly with toys and a TV.

At Willamette Auto our mission is to "Completely Satisfy" our customers every time. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we want to know about it immediately so we can fix the problem as quickly as possible.
